About
This is it. It’s over. Humanity and the world as we know it are ending.
We live with a sense of impending doom, forewarned that the state of the climate and the environment hang in the balance. But what will the end of the world look like? Feel like?
One of the hits of the 2018 Dublin Fringe Festival, AFTER dives head first into this unknown, attempting to access what we might experience when it's all over.
Using film, physicality and performance, AFTER is a rough cut; an investigation into the very human fear of endings. We see the stages of breakdown, the fallout, all that has passed.
The performers on stage echo, challenge and respond to their on-screen meltdowns, relaying an experience that is dark, but shot with humour.
